SERVE Hospitality Group is seeking a proactive Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced café team, deliver friendly service, and uphold brand standards on every shift.

You'll lead by example, coach crew members, manage opening and closing procedures, and ensure a clean, safe environment while maintaining guest satisfaction through upbeat, hospitality-driven leadership. Qualifications

• Experience in quick-service or leadership preferred, but thorough training is provided.
• Able to stand and walk throughout shifts and stay active.
• Flexible with evenings and weekends to meet business needs.
• Legally authorized to work under State and Federal guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Lead, support, and motivate crew members during each shift.
• Deliver friendly, accurate, and efficient customer service.
• Prepare smoothies and food items following recipes and brand standards.
• Maintain a clean, safe café environment with proper food safety practices.
• Monitor inventory and assist with restocking and organization.
