Ideal candidates have supervisory experience, strong English communication, and basic computer skills, with a high school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members throughout the shift to execute Brand standards and guest experience.

• Create and maintain a guest-first culture in the restaurant.
• Resolve guest issues and ensure brand standards, recipes, and systems are followed.
• Maintain a safe, secure, and sanitary work environment per rules and laws.
• Drive sales goals and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives.
• Manage cash over/short during the shift.
• Ensure all products are prepared to Brand standards.

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Team Environment:

• Support a respectful team environment
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members
• Support the training of crew members as requested
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members

Operational Excellence:

• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Resolve guest issues
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws

• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
