Job summary

Smoothie King is seeking Shift Leaders to join our Dunkin' team. You will supervise crew members, communicate shift priorities, and coach staff to deliver excellent guest experiences.

Responsibilities include maintaining brand standards, resolving guest issues, and ensuring safety, sanitation, and compliance with local laws. Candidates should be fluent in English, have prior supervisory experience, and be at least 18 years old.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience.
• Math and writing skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable).
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred.

• Support the training of crew members as requested
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members

Operational Excellence:

• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Resolve guest issues
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws

Profitability:

• Drive sales goals and results
• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
• Manage cash over/short during shift
• Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards
