Responsibilities include:

• Managing performance of FOH & BOH staff
• Fostering a positive work environment
• Training staff using SmashConnect, LMS, and the 4-step training method
• Recognizing employee achievements
• Completing operational checklists (line checks, opening/closing, safety logs)
• Monitoring guest experience metrics
• Ensuring food safety compliance
• Providing excellent guest service
• Onboarding and training new employees
• Managing food costs, inventory, cash policies, and labor

Requirements:

• Previous Shift Leader experience
• Completion of 'train the trainer' course within 90 days
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays
• Adherence to uniform standards
• Ability to follow all safety and employment regulations
• Strong communication and people management skills
• Attention to detail and organizational skills
• Motivated, self-directed, results-oriented
• Physical ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
