Job summary

IMA PAYROLL LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to run daily shifts, uphold guest satisfaction, and supervise team members on a fast-paced shop. You will lead with strong hospitality and ensure smooth front-of-house operations.

The role requires the ability to manage a busy environment, maintain safety standards, and communicate effectively in English. This position is on-site and offers growth opportunities within a vibrant team.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
• Must pass a Food Safety Certification course within 45 days of start.
• Strong time-management skills; multitask, prioritize, and stay organized.
• Spends 80-90% of shift on the floor or in the front of the shop.
• Lift at least 30 pounds regularly and frequently reach, crouch, squat, or bend
• Exert well-paced mobility for up to 8 hours or as needed
• Handle a knife confidently
• Speak conversational English

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations and ensure guests and employees have a positive experience.
• Maintain high standards of hospitality and service during peak hours.

IN SHOP REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to manage a fast-paced, high-volume, clean, customer-focused shop.
• Best in class hospitality
