Job summary

Marco’s Pizza in Oxford, MS is seeking a Shift Leader to guide and energize the team, ensuring smooth operations and a standout guest experience. You’ll supervise crew, master every station, uphold food safety, and deliver friendly service.

You’ll manage opening/closing tasks, coordinate deliveries, monitor inventory, and help maintain Marco’s Five-Star Gold standards while training new staff and promoting our cultural values.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Weekend availability required.
• Able to work opening or closing shifts.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Accurately and efficiently count money.
• Reliable transportation for bank runs and/or deliveries.
• Serve Safe Certification (or willingness to get certified).
• Restaurant experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs.
