Job Overview

The Manager in Training helps oversee in-store operations alongside the General Manager. The role is crucial in ensuring the store operates smoothly and efficiently. As a leader, you must lead by example, follow all systems and procedures with integrity, and maintain a positive attitude. Your responsibilities include:

• Greet customers, record orders, serve food and beverages, and answer menu questions.
• Input orders into the POS system, accept payments, and calculate change accurately.
• Assist in preparing subs according to customer specifications, following safety and sanitation standards.
• Operate kitchen machinery such as knives, grills, and slicers.
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant, including tables, floors, utensils, and restrooms.
• Communicate effectively with team members and management, assist in training new employees, and resolve interpersonal issues.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and according to company policies.
• Adhere to uniform and dress code standards.
