Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing shifts within the Taco Bell restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit maximization. The Shift Leader performs hands-on work to train employees, respond to customer needs, and model appropriate behaviors.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:

  1. Maintain fast, accurate service, positive guest relations, and ensure product quality standards.
  2. Ensure a safe working environment by modeling and requiring safe work behaviors.
  3. Motivate and train team members.
  4. Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds through a preventative maintenance program.
  5. Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  6. Execute corporate and local marketing plans effectively.
  7. Champion recognition and motivation efforts within the team.
  8. Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM.

Minimum Requirements: Is This You?

  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Supervisory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant or retail industry.
  • Attendance and punctuality are essential.
  • Basic business math skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Basic computer literacy.
  • Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
