Position Summary

This position is fully accountable for the profitable operation of a specific shift designated by the General Manager while adhering to all company guidelines and regulations.

1. Ensure the restaurant is in full compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations, including health, wage, age restrictions, fair employment practices, ADA, and other legal requirements.
2. Ensure knowledge, adherence, and enforcement of all Firehouse Subs Policies and Procedures.
3. Ensure the profitability of the business by managing shifts within established guidelines for food cost, labor, utilities, and sales growth.
4. Provide leadership to the restaurant team to meet standards of guest service, quality, and cleanliness, embracing the Firehouse Subs culture and mission.
5. Assist the GM in coordinating and implementing current operational plans and initiatives.
6. Participate in interviewing, hiring, training, and disciplining employees under the guidance of the GM.
7. Ensure all required programs, reports, and legal documents are completed accurately and on schedule.
8. Actively participate in all Public Safety Foundation initiatives.
9. Represent Firehouse Subs professionally and positively at all times.
10. Communicate effectively with the GM/Owner about any issues impacting the business.
11. Able to work on their feet for up to 9 hours and lift up to 50 lbs.
12. Perform any other duties assigned by GM/Owner.

Reporting To: General Manager

Compensation: $12.00 - $13.00 per hour
