Job summary

Papa John's USA, Inc. is seeking an Hourly Shift Leader to guide a restaurant team in a fast-paced setting and deliver a world-class service experience. You will lead with energy, supervise shifts, and help staff grow through ongoing training and leadership development opportunities.

Nights and weekends are busy; you should be ready to work these shifts and maintain a helpful, upbeat atmosphere. This role offers strong benefits and growth potential within the Papa John’s family.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ with a GED or High School Diploma preferred.
• Basic math and solid problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to work nights and weekends due to busy shifts.
• Must be able to lift or move up to 25 pounds and stand for prolonged periods.
