Job summary

Dunkin' is seeking a Shift Leader in Missouri to coach Restaurant Team Members during shifts, ensure Brand standards, and deliver outstanding guest service. You will set goals, assign tasks, and provide timely feedback to maximize store performance.

You will support the Restaurant Manager, supervise safety and operations, and help train staff to maintain quality and efficiency in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams in fast-paced retail/food service environments.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.

Position Title: Shift LeaderOverviewShift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Dunkin’ Restaurant Team Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver great guest service.
