Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing shifts within the Taco Bell restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit maximization. The role involves hands-on training of employees, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.
