Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing shifts within the Taco Bell restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit maximization. The role involves hands-on training of employees, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors in the restaurant.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader:
  1. Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring product quality standards are met.
  2. Ensure a safe working environment by modeling and enforcing safe work behaviors.
  3. Motivate and train team members.
  4. Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
  5. Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
  6. Execute corporate and local marketing plans timely and effectively.
  7. Promote recognition and motivation among team members.
  8. Provide regular feedback to the team and Restaurant General Manager.
Minimum Requirements:
  1. Must be at least 18 years old.
  2. Supervisory experience in the Quick Service Restaurant or retail industry.
  3. Reliable attendance and punctuality.
  4. Basic business math skills.
  5. Good communication skills, both oral and written.
  6. Basic computer literacy.
  7. Enthusiasm and willingness to learn.
  8. Team-oriented mindset.
  9. Commitment to customer satisfaction.
  10. Strong work ethic.
