Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Miami, FL is seeking a dependable Shift Leader to help motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience. You will open and close the store, coach team members, and coordinate with the General Manager to keep operations smooth.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours (as early as 3am) and weekends.
• Must pass background check per local, state, and federal requirements.
• ServSafe Certification is required prior to leadership training.
• Valid driver's license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Motivate the team to deliver a great guest experience.
• Provide feedback and coach team members as needed.
• Collaborate with the General Manager to set the mood and tone of the store.
• Ensure quality of food and beverages and maintain a safe, clean store environment.
