Job summary

Einstein Bros. Bagels in Duluth, GA is seeking a Shift Leader to motivate the team and deliver an outstanding guest experience. You will collaborate with the General Manager to set the morale and tone, open and close the store with minimal supervision, and ensure top quality food and a clean, safe environment.

The role offers a flexible schedule, opportunities for growth, and a focus on work-life balance in a fast-paced bakery-café setting.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to work varied hours including early hours and weekends.
• Pass background check as applicable with local, state and federal law.
• ServSafe Certification prior to completion of leadership training.
• Possession of a current, valid state issued driver’s license preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist General Manager to motivate the team and deliver a great guest experience.
• Open and close the store with little to no supervision.
• Ensure the quality of food and beverages and keep a safe, clean store environment.
• Provide feedback and coach team members when needed.
