Job summary

Dunkin' in Maryland is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, uphold Brand standards, and deliver a friendly guest experience during each shift. You will set goals, assign tasks, provide feedback, and help maintain safety, cash controls, and store operations while driving sales and teamwork.

As a Shift Leader you will lead by example, manage daily operations, and ensure guests enjoy a quick, accurate, and welcoming experience while promoting team development and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Fluent English required or preferred.
• Experience in restaurant, retail, or supervisory roles.
• Solid math and writing abilities.
• Basic computer skills.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High School diploma or equivalent preferred.
