Job summary

Dunkin' is looking for a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members during shifts and ensure our Brand standards are met while delivering a friendly guest experience.

You will set goals, assign tasks, and motivate the team, providing feedback and support to maintain operational excellence and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English and previous supervisory experience.
• Experience in restaurant or retail settings preferred.
• Strong math and basic writing skills.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Must be at least 18 years old; HS diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members to follow Brand standards and deliver guest-friendly service.
• Set shift goals and assign tasks; provide timely feedback.
• Maintain a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Drive sales, execute marketing initiatives, and ensure brand standards are met.

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

Responsibilities:

Team Environment:

• Support a respectful team environment
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members
• Support the training of crew members as requested
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members

Operational Excellence:

• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Resolve guest issues
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws

Profitability:

• Drive sales goals and results
• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
• Manage cash over/short during shift
• Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards

Skills and Qualifications:

• Fluent in English
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
• Math and writing skills
• Basic computer skills
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
