Buffalo Wild Wings GO in New Jersey is seeking a Shift Leader to coach Crew Members, set shift priorities, and deliver a great, friendly guest experience while upholding Brand standards. You will lead by example, provide coaching and timely feedback, train teammates, drive sales, and ensure a safe, clean work environment.

Requirements: fluent English, restaurant/ supervisory experience, at least 18, and a high school diploma or equivalent.

Job description

Shift Leaders are responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.

SHIFT LEADER RESPONSIBILITIES

Team Environment:

• Support a respectful team environment
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results with team members
• Support the training of team members as requested
• Provide coaching and feedback to team members

Operational Excellence:

• Create and maintain a guest first culture in the restaurant
• Resolve guest issues
• Ensure Brand standards, recipes, and systems are executed
• Maintain a safe, secure, and healthy work environment by following and enforcing safety, food safety and sanitation guidelines; comply with local and state laws

Profitability:

• Drive sales goals and results
• Execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
• Manage cash over/short during shift
• Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards

SHIFT LEADER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• Fluent in English
• Restaurant, retail, or supervisory experience
• At least 18 years of age (where applicable)
• High School diploma or equivalent, preferred
