Job summary

Bojangles of Lynchburg is hiring Shift Leaders for locations at 3280 Old Forest Road and 7819 Timberlake Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502. As a Shift Leader you will support the Restaurant General Manager by running shifts, ensuring Bojangles standards, and guiding team members to serve safe, quality food with a friendly attitude.

You will help maintain quality, service, and cleanliness, provide feedback, communicate with management, and adhere to cash, security, inventory and labor policies.

Qualifications

• Shift Leader responsibilities include supporting the Restaurant General Manager, running shifts, and ensuring Bojangles standards.
• Ability to guide and develop team members to serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner.
• Maintain safety, cleanliness, and adherence to Bojangles policies.

Responsibilities

• Run great work shifts and meet Bojangles standards.
• Support RGM and guide Team Members in duties and service quality.
• Ensure safety for both staff and customers and compliance with policies.

Job description

We are hiring Shift Leaders at Bojangles located at 3280 Old Forest Road & 7819 Timberlake Rd, Lynchburg, VA 24502.

Shift Leaders support the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) by running great work shifts and meeting Bojangles standards. Shift Managers take ownership and responsibility to solve problems, seek help when needed and are willing to help and guide others. Key responsibilities include making sure Team Members complete all assigned duties and serve safe, quality food in a friendly manner. You’ll also ensure that the restaurant is a safe place for Team Members to work and customers to visit.

Shift Leader behaviors include:

Maintain the company standards for quality, service, and cleanliness.

Providing feedback to Team Members in a positive manner.

Communicating openly and honestly with the Restaurant Management team.

Following cash, security, inventory and labor policies and procedures.

Bojangles is proud to bring you fresh, never frozen, hand breaded chicken with a kick of real deal southern flavor. No one does breakfast biscuits like we do which is why we do breakfast all day. Our biscuits are home made from scratch every 20 minutes.
