Bojangles is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a talented team and deliver our Southern-inspired menu with friendly, fast service. You will be part of a dynamic restaurant operation focused on quality, teamwork and guest satisfaction.

In this role you’ll manage labor, inventory and cash controls, mentor crew members, and help drive daily sales while upholding Bojangles' standards of food from scratch and exceptional hospitality. Flexible schedules and growth opportunities await.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience managing a team.
• Strong customer service mindset.
• Must be at least 18 years old and authorized to work in the United States.
