Job summary

Bojangles is seeking Shift Leaders for Bassett, VA to lead shifts, train team members, and ensure fast, friendly service.

You will be the go-to person on your shift, maintaining standards and supporting all store areas. This role offers on-the-job leadership growth within a franchise that values teamwork and customer care.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in food service or hospitality preferred.
• Leadership qualities, even without formal management experience.
• Reliable, punctual, and committed to teamwork.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities.
• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
