Job summary

Caribou Coffee is seeking a Shift Leader to guide the team and oversee operations at our Loganville location. You will ensure brand standards, product knowledge, and guest connections are strong while maintaining a high-energy, engaging atmosphere on the floor.

You will lead by example, coach teammates, and manage shift tasks, inventory, and guest service with a focus on safety and quality. Flexible scheduling and growth opportunities are available.

• Must be able to work varying days, times, or shifts as business needs change.
