Captain D’s Laurel, MS is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience. You’ll model service excellence, open and close shifts, and mentor teammates to grow.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Background check required per policy.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods.
• Flexible schedule including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily shift operations and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coach and develop team members to deliver excellent service.
• Maintain safety, food hygiene and cleanliness standards.
• Assist with scheduling, training and opening/closing duties.
