Captain Deels is seeking a Shift Leader to guide a fast-paced team and ensure every guest enjoys an exceptional dining experience. You’ll model service standards, coach teammates, and manage day-to-day operations in a busy restaurant environment.

This role emphasizes guest focus, teamwork, and leadership growth; we offer training, quarterly bonuses, and benefits as part of a family-friendly culture. Weekend and holiday hours required; prior supervisory experience in quick-service is preferred.
