Captain D’s in Knoxville is seeking a Shift Leader to supervise the team and ensure guests enjoy an exceptional experience. You’ll lead by example, maintain smooth restaurant operations, and drive friendly service in a fast-paced setting.

Ideal candidates are guest-focused, eager to learn, and capable of developing others while thriving in a team-driven culture. 18+ eligibility and willingness to work weekends and evenings are required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Able to stand, walk, lift up to 50 lbs.
• Availability to work weekends and evenings.
