Blaze Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to join its franchise team in a fast-paced environment. You will receive on-the-job training and mentoring to enhance management capabilities and prepare for advancement, with weekly pay and opportunities to earn tips.

Qualifications

• Strong guest service and communication skills.
• Full availability for any shift, including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Energetic, friendly, and team-oriented.
• Ability to stand for 8 hours.
• Ability to operate a POS and handle cash procedures.

Responsabilités

• Taking orders and preparing pizzas to brand standards.
• Operate POS and follow cash handling procedures.
• Food preparation, cleaning, stocking items and maintaining a clean dining area.
• Lead team to deliver fast, courteous service.
• Assist with training and supervising team members.
• Other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Strong guest service and communication skills

• Ability to use motion that entails pushing, pulling, stretching and continuous bilateral use of fingers and wrists

Responsibilities:

• Taking orders, preparing and firing GREAT pizzas that are in-line with company standards
• Operating a point of sale system and following all cash handling procedures
• Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items and maintaining a clean dining room for all our guests
• Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant consistent with company standards
• A team player who can jump in where needed and lead our teams to create lively, fun guest interactions
• Other duties as assigned
