CiCi's Pizza-Top Slice LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee operations and personnel across assigned shifts. You’ll act as main contact for team members and guests when managers are unavailable and ensure smooth daily functions.

Responsibilities include leading shift operations, coaching staff, upholding brand standards and food safety, and managing cash procedures. A positive, guest-focused attitude combined with reliable transportation is required.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of related experience recommended.
• Must pass background check and have a valid state driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to team and guests with a positive attitude and energy.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing shifts as needed.
• Coach team members during shift leadership moments.
• Maintain CiCi's Brand Standards and Food Safety compliance per operations manual.
• Follow cash handling procedures including daily deposits.
• Keep restaurant clean using daily, weekly and monthly checklists.
• Address guest service issues and report to management as needed.
• Attend leadership and staff meetings.

Description

A Shift Leader is a Sr. Team Member who oversees operations and personnel during their assigned shifts to ensure smooth day-to-day functions. They also may act as the main point of contact for team members, guests and stakeholders in absence of other store management during those shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives. Role Modeling the Cici's Mission Statement with the team and Guests
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed. Setting an example of excellent working knowledge and high level of proficiency in all phases of Restaurant Operations
• Provide direction and coaching to Team Members during shift when appropriate.
• Successfully maintain Cici's Brand Standards and Food Safety compliance per the operations manual
• Ensure all Cash Handling procedures are followed, including but not limited to, daily bank deposit procedures.
• Uphold Cici's restaurant cleanliness standards by following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists
• As needed, responsible for guest service issues, and responsible for notifying Manager of these issues or complaints.
• Attend and participate in leadership meetings, and location staff and shift meetings.

• Must be able to stand/walk for extended periods of time & the ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Basic understanding of POS equipment
• Must be able to pass a background check

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months of experience in related position preferred
• Must meet all federal, state, & local food service safety and sanitation requirements; including obtaining and maintaining required certifications and/or permits.
• Must have a valid State issued driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple restaurants.

Travel Requirements:

Must have the ability to travel locally between locations within your territory, when necessary.
