Job summary

Luna Grill is hiring a Hospitality Specialist in California, Texas and Arizona to be the face of our restaurants, delivering warm, efficient service and memorable guest experiences.

You’ll welcome guests, guide menu choices, take orders via POS, and coordinate with the kitchen to ensure accuracy and speed. A fast-paced, team-oriented environment with growth opportunities awaits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in a guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome every guest with enthusiasm and ensure a seamless experience from hello to goodbye.
• Guide guests through the menu, answer questions, and make recommendations.
• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure every order is perfect.
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and with a smile.
• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas throughout your shift.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and side work with pride.
• Handle to-go and phone orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Support your teammates to keep service flowing and guests happy.

Location & Pay (compensation varies by region and market)

California – LA • Orange County • San Diego • Inland Empire
$20.00/hr (Up to $24/hr with tips)

Texas – Dallas/Fort Worth
$11.00–$13.50/hr (Up to $16/hr with tips)

Arizona – Mesa
$15.15–$16.50/hr (Up to $19/hr with tips)

• A natural ability to make guests feel valued and cared for


• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment


• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards


• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus


• Reliable, hands-on, and always ready to jump in where needed
