Job summary

Luna Grill is hiring Hospitality Specialists to welcome guests, guide them through menus, and ensure smooth front-of-house operations. You will take orders, coordinate with the kitchen, and deliver meals with a smile in a fast-paced, guest-centric environment.

Qualifications

• 1+ year in guest-facing or fast-casual restaurant role required.
• Excellent communication and multitasking skills.

• Take and process orders accurately using the POS system.
• Coordinate with the kitchen to ensure every order is perfect.

• Maintain clean, organized dining and service areas throughout your shift.
• Complete opening/closing tasks and side work with pride.
• Handle to-go and phone orders with efficiency and attention to detail.
• Support your teammates to keep service flowing and guests happy.

$20.00/hr (Up to $24/hr with tips)

Texas –

Dallas/Fort Worth
$11.00–$13.50/hr (Up to $16/hr with tips)

Arizona –

Mesa
$15.15–$16.50/hr (Up to $19/hr with tips)

What You’ll Do

• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Knowledge of food handling and sanitation standards
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
• Reliable, hands-on, and always ready to jump in where needed
