Captain D’s in the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to be the face of the brand, guiding the team to deliver an exceptional guest experience in a fast-paced dining environment.

You will train and motivate staff, uphold quality and safety standards, and support daily store operations while pursuing growth within the company. This role includes supervising opening and closing procedures, handling customer requests with a positive attitude, and maintaining a clean, welcoming dining area.
