Captain D’s is seeking a Shift Leader in Dothan, AL to lead the team and deliver an exceptional guest experience. You’ll supervise crew, model service standards, and drive sales during busy shifts.

You’ll participate in training, schedule coverage, and uphold safety and quality guidelines in a fast-paced restaurant environment. We promote from within and value leadership growth.
