Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader supports shift management within the restaurant, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit. The role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:

• Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring product quality standards are met.
• Promote a safe work environment by modeling safe behaviors.
• Motivate and train team members.
• Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds through preventative maintenance.
• Ensure food quality and customer satisfaction.
• Execute marketing plans effectively.
• Recognize and motivate team members.
• Provide feedback to the team and RGM.
