Become a Shift Leader at our new Grand Prairie, TX bakery located at 2810 S State Hwy 161, Grand Prairie, TX 75052. As a Shift Leader, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to 'Own the Night' by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership style includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and customer interaction. Take pride in knowing that your leadership contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store!

What Will I Do as a Shift Leader?

• Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests
• Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating information, monitoring production efficiency, and coaching team members
