Qualifications for Shift Lead (Education and Experience):

  • Some high school education
  • Preference for some operations experience

Food Safety Requirements:

Local and municipal requirements, such as Food Handler certification, acquired at the applicant's own expense.

ADA Statement:

Employees must be able to work in hot environments with steam and vapors, stand for long periods, lift up to 50 lbs., and work quickly and accurately in a noisy, fast-paced kitchen environment. Effective communication and adaptability are essential.
