Cici's Pizza-Top Slice LLC is seeking a Shift Leader to oversee operations and personnel during assigned shifts. This Sr.

Team Member ensures smooth day-to-day functions and acts as main contact for team members, guests and stakeholders when management is unavailable. Responsibilities include leading open/lunch/dinner/closing shifts, coaching team members, maintaining brand standards and food safety, and ensuring proper cash handling and sanitation.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• 6–12 months of related experience preferred.
• Meets food service safety and sanitation requirements and holds required certifications.
• Valid State driver's license.
• Reliable transportation; travel between restaurants.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership by modeling the Cici's Mission, guiding team and Guests.
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed.
• Provide direction and coaching to Team Members during shifts.
• Maintain Cici's Brand Standards and Food Safety compliance.
• Ensure cash handling procedures are followed, including daily deposits.
• Uphold restaurant cleanliness per daily/weekly/monthly checklists.
• Address guest service issues and notify management of complaints.
• Attend leadership and staff meetings.

Description

A Shift Leader is a Sr. Team Member who oversees operations and personnel during their assigned shifts to ensure smooth day-to-day functions. They also may act as the main point of contact for team members, guests and stakeholders in absence of other store management during those shifts.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Leadership by creating and encouraging excitement, enthusiasm, a positive mental attitude and commitment to company objectives. Role Modeling the Cici's Mission Statement with the team and Guests
• Work Open, Lunch, Dinner and Closing Shifts as needed. Setting an example of excellent working knowledge and high level of proficiency in all phases of Restaurant Operations
• Provide direction and coaching to Team Members during shift when appropriate.
• Successfully maintain Cici's Brand Standards and Food Safety compliance per the operations manual
• Ensure all Cash Handling procedures are followed, including but not limited to, daily bank deposit procedures.
• Uphold Cici's restaurant cleanliness standards by following daily, weekly and monthly cleaning checklists
• As needed, responsible for guest service issues, and responsible for notifying Manager of these issues or complaints.
• Attend and participate in leadership meetings, and location staff and shift meetings.

• Must be able to pass a background check

Education and Experience:

• High School diploma or equivalent
• 6-12 months of experience in related position preferred
• Must meet all federal, state, & local food service safety and sanitation requirements; including obtaining and maintaining required certifications and/or permits.
• Must have a valid State issued driver’s license
• Must have reliable transportation and the ability to travel between multiple restaurants.

Travel Requirements:

Must have the ability to travel locally between locations within your territory, when necessary.
