Job summary

Burger King is seeking a Shift Leader in Gainesville, GA to supervise shift operations, ensure accurate cash handling, and deliver fast, friendly service to guests. Now Hiring: Shift LeaderLocation: Gainesville, GAPosition OverviewThe Shift Leader is the shift leader of the restaurant, focused on delivering sales and profit results through profitability, guest experience, people development, and operations. The Shift Leader supports the Restaurant General Manager (RGM) and Assistant Manager (AM) in managing operations during assigned shifts, driving key performance outcomes related to sales, profitability, guest service, and people.
