Job summary

Blaze Pizza in Gainesville, FL is seeking a shift leader to join our fast-paced team. You will supervise daily operations, take orders, assist guests, and help ensure a welcoming, high-energy dining experience.

Weekly pay and on-the-job training are provided to develop your management skills and prepare you for advancement. We offer flexible shifts, opportunities to earn tips, and a supportive culture with emphasis on teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Take orders, prepare and fire pizzas per company standards.
• Operate a point of sale system and follow cash handling procedures.
• Perform food prep, cleaning, stocking, and maintain a clean dining area.
• Cultivate the guest experience by delivering fast, courteous, and positive service.
• Assist in leading team members and supporting operations as needed.

Requirements:

• Taking orders, preparing and firing GREAT pizzas that are in-line with company standards
• Operating a point of sale system and following all cash handling procedures
• Food preparation, general cleaning, stocking items and maintaining a clean dining room for all our guests
• Always cultivating the guest experience by providing fast, courteous, sincere, and positive service
• Ensure the cleanliness and maintenance of our restaurant consistent with company standards
• A team player who can jump in where needed and lead our teams to create lively, fun guest interactions
• Other duties as assigned
