Job summary

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members during shifts to meet Brand standards and guest expectations.
• Set goals, provide job assignments, and give timely feedback.
• Maintain a guest-first culture and ensure safety, sanitation, and brand compliance.
• Drive sales, manage cash over/short, and support training of crew as needed.

Shift Leaders are generally responsible for coaching Crew Members throughout their shift to execute operational Brand standards and deliver a great and friendly guest experience. They set goals, provide job assignments, and motivate others, celebrating successes and providing timely feedback.
