Northern Management Group, a franchisee of Dunkin’, is hiring Shift Leaders to join our growing management team in Massachusetts. You’ll support the daily shift operations, lead by example, and help deliver fast, friendly service to our customers.

We offer $16.50–$18.00 per hour, paid training, PTO, medical/dental insurance, SNHU degree program, and employee discounts. If you’re a motivated self-starter with solid customer service skills, this is a great step up.

• Previous Fast Food/Quick Service Restaurant experience.
