Job summary

Dunkin franchisee Coastal Franchising, LLC is seeking Shift Leaders in Charleston, SC. You will coach Crew Members throughout your shift to uphold Brand standards and deliver a friendly guest experience. You set goals, assign tasks, and motivate teammates, providing timely feedback.

Qualifications

• Fluent in English.
• Restaurant, retail or supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Coach Crew Members to meet Brand standards and deliver a great guest experience.
• Communicate shift priorities, goals and results to team members.
• Provide coaching and feedback to crew members.
• Maintain a guest-first culture and resolve guest issues.
• Ensure all products are prepared according to Brand standards and safety guidelines.
