We are looking for a Shift Leader!

Our Shift Leaders are like the cream cheese on the bagel: they add flavor and help hold everything together.

A day in the life of a Shift Leader:

• Collaborate with the General Manager to motivate the team and deliver great guest experiences.
• Set team morale and tone, provide feedback, and coach team members.
• Open and close the store with minimal supervision.
• Ensure food quality and a safe, clean environment.
• Opportunity to grow into a General Manager role; many leaders started here.

What we are looking for:

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Ability to work varied hours, including early mornings and weekends
• Ability to pass background checks
• ServSafe Certification prior to leadership training completion
