Job description

As a Shift Leader at our Fargo store located at 412 Broadway N, Fargo ND 58102, you are the captain of our bakery during your shift! You understand what it takes to "Own the Night" by predicting the flow of business and leading a successful shift. Your hands-on leadership includes building orders, suggestive selling, baking, and interacting with customers. You take pride in knowing that your leadership contributes to a productive and enjoyable night for your store team.

What will I do as a Shift Leader?
  1. Provide excellent customer service and quality products to all guests.
  2. Support store leadership by maintaining operations during your shift, communicating important information, monitoring production efficiency, holding the team accountable to standards, and assisting in training and coaching team members.
  3. Ensure a safe, clean working environment for guests and staff, adhering to safe food handling practices.
  4. Manage cash handling and deposits.
Desired Skills and Experience:
  1. At least 1 year of experience in a customer service role.
  2. Experience with Point of Sale systems.
  3. Outstanding communication, time management, and interpersonal skills.
  4. Detail-oriented and results-driven.
  5. Ability to lead by example and motivate others.
  6. Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
  7. Legally eligible to work in the United States.
  8. Must be 18 years or older.
