Nudy's Cafe is a local, family-owned & operated business. We focus on providing quick, reasonably priced, and freshly prepared meals in a family-friendly environment. Operating in 15 locations across Chester, Montgomery, and Delaware Counties, we are looking to expand.

We are recruiting a full-time Shift Leader responsible for delivering a high-quality customer experience, managing staff, and ensuring efficient restaurant operations. Key duties include:

1. Coordinate daily restaurant operations.
2. Deliver on the Customer Journey and ensure customer satisfaction.
3. Respond to customer concerns promptly.
4. Review product quality regularly.
5. Organize and supervise shifts (experience with 7 Shifts system preferred).
6. Train and coach employees to uphold service standards.
7. Represent Nudy's brand consistently.
8. Conduct performance reviews and manage cash registers.
9. Ensure compliance with regulations and policies.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year’s hospitality leadership experience.
• Ability to lead, motivate, and coach teams.
• Knowledge of food service; ability to answer customer questions.
• SERV Safe Certified or ability to obtain certification within 30 days.
• Ability to interpret restaurant data and implement improvements.
• Open availability.

Physical Requirements:

• Ability to traverse all restaurant areas quickly.
• Prolonged standing and walking.
• Ability to lift, stoop, bend, twist, and repeat movements.
• Handle objects and tools with hands.
• Lift up to 25 pounds.
