Job Description - About the Job:

Reporting to the Restaurant General Manager, the Shift Leader assists in managing restaurant shifts, ensuring customer satisfaction and profit. This role involves hands-on training, responding to customer needs, and modeling appropriate behaviors in the restaurant environment.

Responsibilities of the Shift Leader Position:

1. Maintain fast, accurate service and positive guest relations, ensuring product quality standards are met.
2. Create a safe working environment by modeling safe work behaviors.
3. Motivate and train team members.
4. Maintain equipment, facility, and grounds according to company standards through preventative maintenance.
5. Ensure food quality and 100% customer satisfaction.
6. Execute corporate and local marketing plans effectively.
7. Lead recognition and motivation initiatives.
8. Provide regular feedback to the team and RGM.
