Southside Market & BBQ Inc in Elgin, TX is seeking a Shift Leader to join its management team. This role leads hourly team members on shift, ensures outstanding hospitality, and upholds operational standards while supporting daily restaurant operations.

The Shift Leader coaches on the floor, assists with labor and inventory, and delivers closing procedures that prepare the restaurant for the next day. Strong guest service and team leadership are essential.

Job DetailsJob Location: Elgin Location - Elgin, TX 78621The Shift Leader is the entry point into Southside Market's management team. This role is responsible for leading hourly team members during assigned shifts, ensuring outstanding hospitality, executing operational standards, and delivering a clean, organized, and guest-ready restaurant.

Shift Leaders are expected to lead from the floor, coach team members in real time, and execute company standards with consistency. While they assist managers with financial controls, food quality, labor execution, inventory, and administrative responsibilities, they do not own the restaurant's financial results or department performance.

The primary responsibility of the Shift Leader is to execute exceptional shifts and consistently deliver excellent closing procedures that leave the restaurant fully prepared for the next day.
