Northland Restaurant Group, LLC, operating Hardee’s restaurants in Illinois, is seeking a Shift Leader to help ensure safe, high-quality service. You will produce high-quality food, deliver fast, courteous service, and maintain a clean, comfortable dining area in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires 18+ years old and possession (or willingness to obtain) an Illinois Food Handlers Certificate; pay ranges from $15.50 to $19.50 per hour with growth opportunities and benefits including
