Northland Restaurant Group, LLC (Hardee's franchisee) is seeking a Shift Leader in Minnesota to help deliver high-quality, friendly service in a safe restaurant environment. You will work with a team to uphold health standards and company policies, and contribute to a positive dining experience.

Responsibilities include producing high-quality food, delivering fast, courteous service, keeping the dining area clean, and supporting store policies and procedures. 18+ applicants preferred.
