Northland Restaurant Group, LLC (and DORO Incorporated) franchise Hardee’s restaurants across the United States is seeking a Shift Leader to join the team. You’ll help ensure safe, high-quality food preparation while delivering fast, courteous service in a clean, welcoming environment.

This role supports policies and standards that drive customer satisfaction and operational consistency. Ideal candidates are dependable, enjoy working in a team, and are ready to contribute to a busy restaurant
