Job summary

Smoothie King is hiring a Shift Leader to assist guests with smoothies and retail products while guiding team members in the GM's absence. The role emphasizes friendly service, brand passion, and flexibility in daily duties.

Ideal candidates have restaurant experience, strong communication, reliable work ethic, and familiarity with POS systems and Microsoft Office; they will help maintain opening/closing tasks and store standards.

Qualifications

• Microsoft Office knowledge is required.
• Knowledgeable of general POS functionality.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to give and receive feedback.
• Must be extremely reliable.
• Minimum 1 year of experience as a team member in a restaurant or similar retail customer service business.

• Greets and engages the Guest to provide a friendly experience.
• Preps all fruits, vegetables, frozen items, powders, and liquids.

• Lives and promotes the culture, values, and mission of Smoothie King.
• Assists in Team Member management throughout shifts.
• Fulfills cash handling, inventory, and open/closing store assignments.

As a brand ambassador, Shift Leaders will help our guests meet their fitness and nutrition goals by assisting them to help select smoothies and retail products that inspire them to live a healthy and active lifestyle! A Shift Leader will also provide guidance to team members when the General Manager is not in the store. The successful shift leader will be passionate about the brand and demonstrate willingness to take on new challenges.
