Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Cumming, GA is hiring a Crew Member to join a fast-casual team. You will deliver hospitality, assist with food and smoothie preparation, and help keep the cafe clean and welcoming.

The role requires flexible hours, weekend availability, 35+ hours weekly, and a positive, energetic attitude. Training provided; competitive hourly pay and benefits available.

Qualifications

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to guests and maintains a friendly demeanor.

CREW MEMBER ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the cafe.
• Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.

Schedule:

• This is a F/T position requiring 8-10 hour shifts, 5 days per week
• Weekend availability is required
• You must be willing to work a minimum of 35 hours per week regularly
• You must be able to be scheduled between the hours of 6:30am - 9:45pm
