Job summary

Tropical Smoothie Cafe is seeking Crew Members to deliver exceptional hospitality while preparing food and smoothies to brand standards. You will welcome guests, take orders, and assist at the register in a fast-paced, tropical-themed cafe.

Flexible schedules are offered with day and night shifts available. Join a fun, energetic team and explore opportunities for advancement while helping guests feel good about what they eat.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers unparalleled hospitality to each customer.
• Prepares and assembles food and smoothie ingredients to brand standards.
• Uses sanitation practices to handle and prepare food.
• Sets up and monitors food and smoothie workstations.
• Cleans and organizes kitchen, workstations, dining room, restrooms, and other areas in the cafe.
• Follows the steps to operate the register, including taking customer orders, accurately handling cash and being responsible for the drawer.
• Follows all safety and security policies set by the brand.
